Built in 2021, our small apartment has everything you need! We are located within walking distance of all the restaurants in Minturn and the Minturn Farmers Market. Conveniently located between Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts (15 minute drive to each) with plenty of hiking access closer to the apartment. The Minturn Bike Park is a quick 4 minute bike away and there is plenty of fishing on the Eagle River down the street. The French Doors above the entry open to a beautiful pasture and hillside, and the kitchen door opens onto a small peaceful deck!
About The Owners
We (Patty & Earle) have lived in the valley for over 40 years. We were drawn to the outdoor lifestyle as were must of us long-termers. We built the Minturn Guest House in our back yard so we can share what we love with others. Earle is an active member of the Minturn Town Council with insights on all the events around town. Patty has years of experience managing several hotel/condo properties in the valley including the Eagle River Inn across the street from the Saloon so we know what guests like and hope to exceed our guests expectations during every stay!
